| Description | The Instiigate Panel, comprising members of Babyshambles, the Libertines and Lost Prophets, are coming to the Union to lead the debate'This House Believes that the Party is Over'. Instigate has developed a model of debating which is more informal and designed to be accessible to anyone who is interested in current affairs. Rather than worrying about stylistic techniques, they will attempt to prove that students really are engaged with the pressing political issues of the day, ranging from top-up fees, to the environment, to the economy.
