This House Fears The Decline of the U.S as The Global Superpower

Many cherish America's role in upholding the rules-based international order, but others look uneasily at military interventions from Latin America to the Middle East.  Should American decline on the international stage make us fear for liberal democracy or welcome the shift in global power dynamics?
