Umenyiora is a sports pundit and former NFL player for the New York Giants and the Atlanta Falcons.  A two-time Super Bowl champion and one of the sport’s only British players, he retired from the NFL in 2015, having made 435 tackles, 85 sacks, and 4 touchdowns.  He has since joined the BBC as a pundit for the corporation’s growing international NFL coverage.  He has received awards for his work in the media including the 2018 Sports Journalist’s Association British Sports Pundit of the Year Award
