Johnson is an American lawyer and activist, currently serving as President and CEO of the NAACP.  He previously founded the Mississippi non-profit One Voice Inc.  During Johnson’s tenure, the NAACP has launched a successful legal challenge to President Trump’s attempts to dismantle DACA, and began the campaign Stop Hate for Profit, a campaign bringing prominent corporations together to boycott Facebook advertising
